During a daily scan, a Trojan Horse was found. The name was Trojan.gen and it had nine traces. The program put all the files in quarantine, where they supposedly they cannot harm my computer. I then reran the scan, scanned with Malwarebytes', SUPERAntiSpyware and NIS2010 and they didn't find anything. I then went to safe mode and reran all the scans and again nothing was found. The only unusual thing I can remember doing was I ran the Adobe Reader update from 9.3.1 to 9.3.2. The traces were found in C:\hp\recovery\wizard\fscommand. I looked in that folder and it still shows the nine files.
Since the scans found nothing, can I really consider my computer safe? A lot of these posts replies seem to indicate the "Parent" trojan may be somewhere else and can still activate the trojan.
Since the files are in quarantine, should I leave them there or just go ahead and delete them?
