Hello,
After running some scans, Norton notified me that it was unable to remove Trojan.patchep!.sys in services.exe. I've tried using Norton Power Eraser and it didn't fix that problem (but it did with a few others).
I'm running Win7 Home Premium on a Lenovo laptop.
How do you remove the virus manually?
