First of all, I'm really sorry to hear about your computer problems. I recommend you to update to Norton AntiVirus 2008, because it's using more efficient scan engines like the ones from NAV 2005 and I recommend you to use a firewall (e.g. Norton Internet Security 2008). Can you please provide some information about the Trojan? How is the name of the trojan Norton detected. The filename only is not enough information. You can try to delete the file manually - if it is restricted try in safe mode please.
