As many other people on this forum have also experienced, Norton repeatedly warns me of blocked actions by "Trojan.Gen" "Trojan.Gen.2" and "Trojan.Zeroaccess.B", but cannot seem to remove them.
I perhaps suffer deservedly after allowing my subscription to lapse for a week. But I would still appreciate any help.

After this the files were aparently "quarantined" but not removed and continued to have their actions blocked by Norton.
Reading through the other threads here I've seen that Quads is amazing at sorting this problem out, or at least attempting to sort it out while preventing us from damaging our own systems.
Therefore I'll answer the first two questions he always asks and hope he is willing and able to help me.
My system is 32-bit Windows 7 professional.
