Trojan.ZeroAccess.C and a bunch of other Trojan's

I'm having trouble getting rid of  a couple of trojan's on my computer... the list that Norton Bootable Recovery Tool gave me when I ran the tool was 1.) Trojan.Gen 2.) Trojan.Gen.2 3.) Trojan.ZeroAccess.C 4.) Trojan.Maljava!gen23 5.)Backdoor.Trojan 6.)Trojan.Zeroaccess 7.) Trojan.Maljava ... It says that it "resolves" these viruses but somehow they keep coming back. I'm running Windows XP Service Pack 3 32 bit and if anyone is wondering I do have Norton installed on this computer.

User has more than one thread (4 now) http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-360/can-t-get-rid-of-Trojan-Patchep-sys-someone-help-me-please/m-p/792554#M77650

Windows 7, McAfee

Where XP comes into it, shrug.   If you are actually a PC Tech, trying to fix peoples systems, which is where different systems come into it, well steep learning curve for you.

Good Luck.

What? I only have two threads open, one for my laptop which didn't have Norton installed on it as of yet because I bought it in June, and this one. This one I opened because I have a problem with my PC which DOES have Norton installed, and has so for the past 3 years. I don't understand what the problem here is, sir.

Good Luck

I am not doing your system(s)  I am not going near your system(s) if you have more than one that is infected, well that is a good way to learn some things.

Good Luck

What's your deal dude?

Did you try using Norton Power Eraser tool? If not, try that:

https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton-support/jsp/help-solutions.jsp?docid=kb20100917002731EN_EndUs...

If the problem persists, please try Norton Bootable Recovery Tool:

http://www.norton.com/nbrt

You need to create the tool from any other computer which do not have any virus infection and then use the CD on your computer.

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply Harry! I have tried the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool already, in fact that is how I was able to retrieve the list of viruses my computer had. When I set the option to fix however, Norton was unable to remove them. I'm suspecting (however I'm not a computer technician so there's a good chance I'm wrong) that the NBRT was unable to remove the viruses because they've infected the vital windows processes and doing such would crash the system. Meaning I would have to remove the viruses and only the viruses. Anyways I'm still lost on what to do, so any help you guys can offer would be very greatly obliged.
