As the topic states, I am also an unfortunate victim of Zeroaccess. Gen 2 also appeared to have found its way into my PC but was successfully removed. I am currently running NIS 2011 which is fully updated, along with Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. I have tried the removal tool provided by Symantec but no luck. I would really appreciate any help to get this resolved. I am reading through other threads however it looks like each user's instance is different and requires different actions to be performed. I do have a flash drive if needed. Thanks in advance!
