Trying to help my father remove a recent infection, Norton detects Trojan.Zeroaccess!inf4 and requires manual removal, however documented Norton processes thus far have been unsuccessful in removing it.
Assistance would be helpful. Based on other threads, I have a flash drive handy and will await instructions before attempting anything.
