thanks in advance for any help you may be able to offer.
in spite of what norton has posted on its official websites, i have not been able to remove this threat. i have done many full norton system scans, used norton power eraser, and used the bootable recovery cd by norton. i have also used malwarebytes.
there doesn't seem to be a thread here in the norton community on this.
can anyone offer any help?
