Trojan.Zlob.G

Is anyone constantly getting a pop that says their computer is infected with the virus Trojan.Zlob.G and it copies keystrokes and whatnot and can get to valuable info listed on computer. There's a link you can select and it takes you to a Norton product.... I attempted to run a full scan on my computer with Norton and found nothing and when I searched out the trojan virus everything I read said it was a low threat at best. Low threat or not I want it off my computer. If someone has encountered this trojan software how did you get it off?

I searched out the virus on the Symantec website and it gave me this long drawn out removal process.... I want to know is it as drawn out and complicated as it seems or is it simple enough that I can have this pop up off my computer quickly...

Thanks for any and all help....

Are you able to track it down so you can send it to Symantec? Malware Submission

Besides that it is advisable to download SuperAntispyware at www.superantispyware.com, update and run a full scan.

Who's that?  ;)

Sorry it took so long to respond… thank you for all of the suggestions in fixing my problem but surprisingly Norton fixed the problem. After reading all of the suggestions I was in the process of attempting to rid my computer of the virus when I received a message that another Trojan virus had somehow attached itself to my computer. And before I had to opportunity to worry about not only the first virus but the additional one as well I received another message from Norton to close all open programs and they will fix and remove the said viruses. Did as I was instructed and computer has been working fine since… no pop-ups or warings… so again thanks!!!
