Hello all =)
Since installing Norton on my computer almost one year ago I have had minimal problems. Only on two occasions have I encountered a high level threat:
1:Trojan.zlob
2:Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c [as called by Kaspersky].
Action Taken in Norton reads 'removed' for one and the other 'blocked', so will they still affect my computer? Should I remove anything from the registry manually or is that part done by Norton?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Norton is doing its job. Which version of Norton are you using? You may also want to run a scan with Malware Bytes Anti Malware and SuperAntiSpyware. Both which are free.
Hi Anthony,
The trojan.Zlob which is shown as Removed indicates that Norton program is able to remove all files/folders and registry keys associated with virus using it's updated virus definitions, fixed the virus infection in your computer completely.
The Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c [as called by Kaspersky] is shown as Blocked indicates that the Norton program is able to block the Trojan horse from being downloaded onto your computer using the Block Rule GateCrasher, default rule set in Firewall/Intrusion Prevention. Here, the trojan has not even get downloaded into your computer and so you are totally SAFE to go.
No need for you to try other tools or check registry now, all those actions are already taken care by your Norton program. Just say "Thanks" to Norton program..

Thanks for the response =)
I have Norton AntiVirus 2009 and I run Windows Vista 64 bit.
Along with N.A.V. 2009 I have Webroot Spysweeper.
I also have a wireless router with a built in firewall and the windows firewall is active.
