I have been using Norton for many years and never had any problems. Recently I had a technician add more storage to my PC which meant re-installing all programs. Since then, the computer does not run well and won’t allow me to access standard websites that are required for work (e.g. Xero - that is just to name one, but google is ok). If I uninstall Norton it all works perfectly so the Norton installation seems to be the issue. Do I need to change the sensitivity settings in Norton or something else? thanks
Hello quickflo. There are so many questions needing asked before even beginning to offer any suggestions. Adding storage means your hard drive and/or SSD were upgraded. Or HD replaced with an SSD. A bit more information will help us help you. TIA!!

Thank you for your reply. The technician replaced the SSD. I don’t believe anything else was changed.
