I can't update / change my email address in My Norton Account, having tried for days. I can sign in thru the button available in NIS 2009 when it calls up Internet Explorer, can access the Profile screen and view my NIS expiration date, email, and expired subscriptions. But when I change my email address and try to update, I get a screen with the message "Application error." If I try to access the Norton Account using Opera as a browser, after signing in I receive the Application error" screen, with the additional mesage to the effect "the server is not available at this time. If this problem persists ..."
The problem has indeed presisted, and I need to provide a new address prior to trying to renew oe update.
Any suggestions about what is wrong would be be appreciated. I have seen mesages of others with somewhat similar problems, but I've not found an answer.
