Trouble downloading Noton 25GB Online Storage try activation in a different user account

The Norton 25G online back up storage seemed to download ok, access to it was not possible and after a while the message came up that the download was incomplete. (I never did discover the issues that produced this). The answer proved simple as below.

 

Remove incomplete download via control panel

Download again from nobu.backup.com

Restart

Go into different user account (authorise to use all progs)

Click on icon

Follow instructions to activate.

Co back into download account and its working, (in my case at least).

 

 

Having a complete back up, (excluding forue files); I think I have a full functional 360 and backup.

Subceqently due to another matter the 360 was reinstalled and this time it was fully download and therefore activated in the download user.

 

(Thea automatic disk optimisation was operating during the day many times, I had never noticed this before and it made me wonder if activation in another account effect full fuctionability of the 360 or if there had been some change in the download).
