I have been using Norton products for many years, but I have only just joined this community. I hope someone, who has a similar experience, can kindly help me. My problem is that I cannot install Norton 360 on my Samsung Galaxy 3S phone after clicking the "Start Installation" contained in the installation email from Norton at my request via my PC. There is always this message telling me to first remove the Norton Mobile Security on the phone first. The installation process fails to start after the removal and still shows the same "removal" notice. Despite many attempts, the result is still fruitless! I should, therefore, appreciate your kind assistance. Thank you very much in advance!
