I posted this in the NIS/NAV section but thought best to put it in here too for better coverage, sorry just having a bad day.
I seem to be running around in circles trying to log in. As a first time user on this new site, I went to 'Home Page' where there is a link for 'reset password', as there is no way to log in using my old details from the disused forum site. I then get an email sent and after clicking the link, I am sent to a page where it says it's a one time password only. It asks you to change password and when I do this, another page comes up to do the same again. Really getting fed up with this, what gives?
Is there anyone who can give me an 'idiots guide' step by step on how to set my old account up.
