Trouble renewing

Going through the steps to renew online, I find repeatedly that I cannot complete the process as the Norton site says that I've used up all the time for the online process.  When the invoice page comes up it is "gray" and then I get the bad news.  Still 7 days of subscription left, but what's a guy to do?
