Is it just me who's having trouble signing in to my Norton Account? When I enter my correct email address and password, the screen simply refreshes and the text boxes are blank again. Same thing happens when I enter my email address for a password reset.
I thought possibly a browser add-on to my Chrome browser was interfering, so I also tried with Internet Explorer 9, which has zero add-ons. Same result.

With the URL you supplied I am able to access my Norton Account. Not only that, when I click on the Sign In button, LastPass automatically fills in my username and password (but does not automatically sign me in.) I don't use Norton Identity Safe so I can't comment on that.
I would guess this has something to do with the way these pages are coded. It seems like a reasonably simple technical issue that I'm sure the folks at Symantec will get around to fixing in a future update.
