I have downloaded and have been using the NIS system on my lap top for a while now. I have purchased a new computer this year and it came with a free 3 month subscription on it. Once the free term subscription expired I have tried downloading the software from my Norton account onto the desk top and it will not allow me. What am I doing wrong?
