My computer has been crashing regularly and I downloaded the rescue tool and burned it to a DVD. Once I booted off the disk the Norton logo appear but after this I got cryptic error messages every minute or so with a bunch of HEX numbers on the screen. This is strange cause I popped in one I made in 2015 and it worked but could not start the scan for some reason. I tried to look in my BIOS for a legacy setting but could not find one. I also downloaded and burned the tool on a different computer and the same thing happened. I would like the tool to work because I think I might have a virus so any help would be great.
