My account status says I have 0 remaining installations of an original of 3, after I did just 2 installations. I think the problem is because my first installation was missing after a hard disk crash. After reformatting my H.D.s (I have 3) and change the arrangement of H.D.s, I installed NIS again, but this was considered a second one, not same I have done before in same computer. How can I fix this? I think that this wrong information is in Symantec servers. How can I contact Symantec people by email? Thanks in advance.
You are correct, I also can't find an E-Mail address that would help you, but "one click support" is very effective, free and usually responds with an immediate solution, so I would highly recommend it to you.
