My subscription to Norton Internet Security expired on 8/28/11, and I tried to renew it on that date. Using the form on the website (I thought), I sent the requested payment via my credit card. I received NO e-mail acknowledgement at that time or later. Furthermore I am still getting renewal reminders, and my AntiVirus statistics page shows that my subscription did indeed expire on 8/28. My credit card account shows that this payment went to: NORTON *SOFTWARE NORTON.COM/NS CA. Have I been phished?
