Lately I wanted to log into my Norton Web account to resolve some changes. It appears however that I can't get past the login form page and the submission of the form gets stuck on the /process.... page. The page ends up being blank.
I have tried numerous browsers from Firefox Mac/PC, IE PC and Opera Mac/PC... all have the same issue.
Has my account been deactivated or is there an issue with the logon process?
Has anyone else had this problem?
Running MacOS 10.5/10.6 and XP SP3, all browsers are the latest builds which run on respective OS.
Can who ever manages the Norton forums create a forum group entitled... "Norton Web Account", as to distinguish Application help to having problems accessing Norton online help. I don't think this particular Forum group is applicable to the problem that I'm having, nor is there any other group which my issue can actually go under.
