NIS Identity Safe Problem
Win 7 Pro 32 bit; Standard user; NIS 10 ver. 17.5.0.127
The Norton toolbar has been truncated: shows Norton and question mark icon. If I click the down arrow next to Norton I get a list of functions. Select "Enable Norton Safe search" and it comes up OK. However I do not have the icon for ID safe. I don't know what I did to make it go away, but for the life of me I can not get it to come back. Therefore I have no identity functions, i.e., I have to enter all login information manually when visiting Web sites.
I have another account on the computer for the Administrator. The toolbar works normally for that account. I tried backing up the administrator's data (the NPM file) and recovering it in the standard user account. However the restore failed - unable to process the file for restore.
Can someone tell me what to do to get the fully functional Norton toolbar back in my standard user account?
