Apparently my norton 360 is blcoking my TOM TOM home frorm connecting to my device. The device is recognized by my PC- Tom TOm said it was a problem with the Norton anti virus.
Can someone tell me how to add the Tom Tom as a trusted device? I did see an edit section to add a device but it was asking for an IP address. I cant get the IP address because Norton is blocking the device.

Can you please tell us what operating system and service pack you are using and whether it is 32 or 64 bit please? Also can you please tell us the version number of your N360? Have you allowed the Tom Tom into your firewall or have you written a rule to allow it into the firewall? If you create a rule for it, please move it up to the top. Thanks.

When you have your TomTom connected to your PC can you see the device if you open Norton 360 and look at the Network Security Map. If you can see it there can you change its setting to Full Trust?
