Hi, I am from Australia, and I was wondering if anyone managed to get their subscription fee back from Norton and not being kept in a loop trying to communicate with them. Are there any direct links, form that I can submit, direct email address or phone number where I can communicate with Norton about the cancelation of subscription and refund. Thank you.
