Trying repeatedly to upgrade Norton Online Backup, and Failing

I'm really frustrated.

I recently subscribed to NOB, after downloading the free trial. Upgrading from free to paid took two hours of tech support on the phone, because the application kept refusing to recognize the upgrade. It was finally solved only when the tech took control of my computer, experienced the same errors I did, then did some sort of magic back on his end after the third or fourth  try that finally got it to work.

Yesterday, I tried to add 50GB more backup. I would get all the way to the end of the order process, and when I pressed  the final button, I would get an immediate screen stating my order had been cancelled. Again, I spent two hours on the phone with tech support. They were unable to fix the problem; the farthest we got was (on the seventh order), a new error stating there was "an issue" with the order and that it was "on hold". 90 minutes later, this one, too, was cancelled.

The problem is not with my credit card; the authorizations were all approved, though one card eventually locked up for security because of all the duplicate authorizations, and I had to switch to another. The problem is not with my browser; the same thing happened with Firefox and IE. The problem is somewhere on Norton's end.

I see that Norton employees read these forums. Please, look at my account, where you can see the seven cancelled orders for 50GB additional backup space. Can I please get this fixed? I find it hard to believe that a company who wants me to be confident my critical files are safely backed up can't even handle a smooth shopping cart experience.

Thanks.
