HELLO.
I am trying to restore files that have been backed up by Norton 360.
The instructions for doing so do not equate to the view of My Norton I see. I do not have a down arrow next to Cloud Backup to advance to the next window to view the files I wish to restore. I have attached the screen shots.The back up has been running to an external drive and I can see the Norton backup folders (although the individual files have been reassigned names).
I have tried a number of different solutions that i have found on line but yet to find one that fits my problem.
Thanks to anyone who has an answer to this, I am sure I am not alone!
