I was hoping that after July 29st the annoying Windows 10 upgrade proposal gwx.exe would disappear, as upgrade should not be free anymore but, unsurprisingly, Microsoft deadline of 29/07/2016 was just a joke as they want to force everyone to upgrade, which nows appear without any specified deadline! 
As they are various reasons for which I want to keep Windows 7, I'm trying to get rid of the icon/program. Of course, blocking the update KB3035583 never succeeded as Microsoft made a bug on purpose that this KB would reactivate automatically and install by itself...
I have then added gwx.exe in Norton Firewall blocked program list and it seemed to work more or less a few months ago. Now, Norton Firewall does not block it anymore although it is still in the list of its blocked programs. How can I have Norton Firewall block or even delete this gwx.exe? Note that this program have (almost) all properties of virus!
