Issue abstract: Trying to cancel Norton Utilities Ultimate before auto renew date but when I click on “Manage Subscription” it just takes me to my credit card info. Help says there will be a box to uncheck to stop it, but it doesn’t show up.
Trying to find a way to do it just leads me around in circles.
WHY is it so hard to cancel an extra subscription. At this rate I will never select another add on from Norton as it is too hard to cancel.
I don’t have time to be chatting and calling Norton to get it fixed (and listen to them beg me not to cancel.) If I can’t cancel just the Utlities Ultimate, then I will cancel my entire Norton subscription and go elsewhere.

I just canceled it via a different solution. I did not see the option to side of the credit card to delete, and I can definitely relate to the neverending loop under “Manage Renewal” for the Utilities product. Norton’s instructions in omits the drop-down slidebar, which hides “unsubscribe.” 1. Sign in to your Norton account . 2. On the My Account page, in the My Subscriptions tab, located below the subscription for which you want to cancel the renewal or Manage Renewal . 3. Next to Plan Renewal , click Unsubscribe (not readily obvious). (Move the slide bar to see all options, including “unsubscribe.”*** … The confirmation message is displayed. Please allow up to 24 hours for this change to appear in your account." (My confirmation email as the account IMMEDIATELY changed)
