Trying to cancel my new subscription, but can’t find the page to do so. Stuck in loops

I just bought Norton 360 on Amazon for $24.99 for one year. Then I discovered that the home screen has a built-in (not removable ) up-sell that unsuspecting family members will be suckered into clicking on. The workflow that then ensues has no obvious exits other than directly buying the Norton Utilities for $69.99 or , worse, getting a ‘free trial’ at explicit cost of $0 that will later cost you $69.99.
Can someone help me find the page with the actual refund option? I’m stuck in loops. Amazon can’t help either, there are no refund possibilities given in my orders page.

Use the bank card you used to pay Norton. Norton does not issue refunds, if they can help it.

Go onto TRUSTPILOT to tell people what you think of the company.

They hate that.

If you purchased your subscription on Amazon you will have to go back to the Amazon seller to ask for a refund. Since you did not pay Norton they will not be able to issue any refund.

@roadrunner666 This was a digital download directly from Amazon or a packaged product with a key card? Has it been more than 60 days since you installed Norton? Are you using the link below to start the refund process?
Use: “Purchase and billing” > Select an Option-select refund > select a reason > select need more help

Support Link:

-Have you been able to run live updates at least once with your product?
-Does restarting the machine correct the issue>
