Trying to cancel subscription and get a refund. Their customer number 833-360-0664 is constantly busy. On their web site it states they have been hacked and it may take longer to respond, but three days of a constant busy is too long. Their web site just leads you in circles. How convent!

Meine Abonnement wurde 35 Tage vor Ablauf verlängert und abgebucht. Eine Deaktivierung der automatischen Verlängerung wurde somit verunmöglicht. Kosten 89.90 und nicht 39.90 wie im Internet offeriert. Wahrlich sehr Kundenfreundlich

Okay…Norton does not send renewal notices and reaching Norton support has been slower than usual. Have you tried Social Support? No Bots.
Regarding cancelling recurring subscription service - can you access your Norton account? Maybe, you’re ~30 days from term expiry and not able to change your subscription status.
Since, I mark my calendar…seemed like a reasonable suggestion.
