Trying to download full version of Norton Purchased

I purchase Norton over a week ago and downloaded it.

 I went thetting the trough all the steps but it won't download the right option. I keep getting the trial messages

I looked for the security key but can't find it.

I go to my account and it says I haven't activated it.

How can I get it working!!
