Trying to Get Refund on Annual Subscription

Found the get refund link in the forums:

https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/autorenew

However, after selecting any of the options in the Online Refund dropdownlist, the Continue button isn't active (it doesn't do anyting).  It does turn yellow (from gray) button clicking it doesn't do anything.

Please advise.

Spot on SoulAsylum.  It was my ad blocker.

Hello. As a test I just logged in and opened the site. Selected why I wanted a refund, the continue radio button works as advertised. Check the web browser you are using for allowing 3rd party cookies. What browser are you using? Also, if you are running a VPN disable it and retry. Any ad blocker extensions on the browser should also be disabled the retry.
