Hi,
I have registered four sites on Norton Safe Web. Two of them were registered at least six months ago.
I have read all of the instructions on the site owner introduction, and have verified ownership via uploading a html file to the site root. All four sites say Ownership Verified. However they are all still showing up as 'Site Untested'. I can understand the two most recent ones, because they are less than two weeks verified, but surely the older ones should be tested by now? In the site owner introduction, it says:"If your site is currently untested by Norton Safe Web a gray icon appears on the site report page. To submit your site for rating:
- On the Site Dispute page, click "Rate my site" next to the site name. Note that the initial evaluation process takes about two weeks to complete.".
However on the Site Dispute page there is no 'Rate my site' link anywhere! There are four headings, Norton Rating, Name, Status and Action.
- Under Norton Rating, it shows all sites with a grey circle with a question mark.
- Under Name it shows the name of the sites.
- Under Status, it shows 'ownership verified' for all sites
- Under Actions, it gives four links: Remove site from my profile, Add a Site Owner, Stop notification of site rating changes, Notify others of site rating changes.
Where am I supposed to see a 'Rate my site' link?
