Trying to Install Norton but McAfee wont Uninstall

HI I am Trying to Install Norton but McAfee wont Uninstall.. Everytime I get close to uninstalling it says "Trial period has not expired" it doesnt give me a button to uninstall or continue with the uninstallation process therefore I am unable to install norton 360..

 

How do I uninstall Mcaffee without having to go through the control panels?
