I'd really appreciate some help with this
my dad bought NAV a year ago for 3 computers but only ever got around to putting it on one computer
earlier this year I had a virus on my laptop that did not have NAV installed
a friend managed to get rid of the virus using the NAV CD but it would not complete insallation as it did not accept the key
my laptop now seems to be infected again and I'm not really sure what to do
my dad updated to the 2011 version and we have a new pass key but this is still not working on my computer although his is fully working
so I have a CD, two keys and whats seems to be a lot of viruses
I disabled the wifi on my laptop in the hopes of preventing it geting worse but I really have no idea about computers
any help would be great
