What is the error message you are seeing?
it wants a password in order to see my VPN settings, I’ve tried my norton login password, my admin user password for my PC, my norton password manager password and my norton recovery key? I don’t know what password it’s asking for and I don’t remember setting up a passord for this?

@KatherineGV Please post a screenshot of what you are seeing. Unless someone or something created a settings password for changes to Norton there should never be an issue where Norton asks for a PW for the VPN. You have basic trust level on the forums so it shouldn’t be blocking your uploads.

Do you know your Norton 360 settings password?
If you’re not able to access Norton 360 → Settings → maybe, you’ve set up Norton settings password?
Please run Norton LiveUpdate and Restart (not Shut down) machine.
Please confirm you’re…able to / not able to…access Norton 360 → Settings without a password?
If you’re not able to access Norton 360 v25.4 → Settings without a “password”.
If you don’t know Norton 360 v25.4 settings “password”.
Norton’s work around is to uninstall Norton 360 via Safe Mode.
