Thius has been going on for over two weeks. I complete all the renewal pages OK then when the "Please review your information" page displays and I click "Complete your order, the Symantec error msg displays after a few moments and says "Can't complete process, server is not working. Try again later...or words to that effect.
Have tries seven times over two weeks. Does this mean I should give up on Norton and switch to another security suite because Norton vcan't get its servers fixed in two weeks?
Hope you reply today as my subscription is expiring soon.
