Trying to speak to someone on the phone

HELP I have been trying to speak to a person on the phone to no avail I have been promised two call backs none of which I have received. I am an 80 Year old lady and am so upset at not being able to talk to a person I don’t know what to do. I was hoping to have Norton security in the near future when I get my new computer, but the customer service with them is awful and impossible. what do I do I need a refund as money was taken out of my bank without my knowledge which has left me struggling.
