Trying to submit site for testing

I am trying to submit my site but when click on the link to sign up for a Safe Web account, it brings me back to the main Safe Web site.  I'm unable to sign up, and therefore, unable to submit my site for testing.

Which browser are you using?  I have just checked in IE9 and FF5 and I am presented with the sign up dialog box.

I was trying using Firefox.  I tried it again using IE9 and it worked.  Thanks!
