Trying to transfer my subscription from a dead pc to a new one.......

......and I have found the so called "help" pages completely useless.

 

How difficult can it be ( or rather should it be )to transfer something I have paid for from a dead pc to a replacement?

 

Can anyone help, please (since Symantec don't seem keen to)?

 

Guidance in English would be appreciated.
