I am trying to install auction magic. Everytime I do, a small box in lower right corner pops up and removes the software as it says there is something wrong with it. I talked with author and he said to shut down Norton 360. I tried to several times by unchecking the checked items in settings and also by going to the specific sections and stopping the products but I still get the little box in lower right hand corner popping up and removing the software.
