Trying to upgrade from norton 360 standard to norton 360 plus ii - internal error received

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade from NORTON 360 STANDARD to NORTON STANDARD PLUS II because I had one Windows 10 PC, and now I have two Windows 10 PCs to protect.

I began the upgrading process as you can see in the images attached, but I ended in an "internal error".
