First got password error, fixed and then got user name error and fixed , and then password error again and fixed. Finally when trying to click to upgrade got page long error message of symbols I do not understand. I just want to upgrade. Can someone from norton call me and step me through it? Can't take picture because needed to close it to get to this community help screen, and i am willing to be this won't go through either, but I will try. By the way I seem to have viruses that neither Malware Bytes nor Norton can detect because Malware bytes recently showed many programs (all viruses or trojans) on the allowed list that I did not put there. And, on top of it, Firefox, which I used all the time, suddenly does not open--it opens and closes ins 2 seconds. Does not work in safe mode either and the Firefox community has no solution either.
