Tuneup error - TrueCrypt volume defragmentation

My windows 8 Professional laptop running Norton 360 has a data drive "D:" that is created and mounted as "TrueCrypt" encrypted volume. As per TrueCrypt documentation, this volume should not be defragmented.

Norton 360 Tuneup tries to decrypt this volume and fails with "Drive D: Error - Not completed". How can I prevent Norton from trying to decrypt this volume and get rid of this error message. Because of this the icon always shows with an "Attention required" icon in the system tray.

Hi rana1874

I have NIS so I’m just making suggestions.

Click on the Norton icon, click tasks, click task scheduling is there the ability to check or uncheck boxes, click apply then ok.

Click on the Norton utilities icon below the revometer or the LHS, click administer, click settings, click scanning paths, there is save on the LHS and add on the RHS.
