I have had Norton/Lifelock Ultimate for several years, but they still advertise telling me I need to get Norton/Lifelock. Almost It's even billed me twice. Getting a human being to help me is impossible, and you never know if you are going to reload what you already have and get billed twice. I just had a 3rd party hotfix executed by Norton Lifelock. When I tried to find out for sure if it was really Norton a message in the docs popped up to say it failed, yet my GUI or process showed no failure. These docs remind me of Xfinity's circle jerk. WHY DOES IT TAKE AN ACT OF CONGRESS TO TALK TO A HUMAN BEING???
