Turn off automatic scan

I am receiving this message daily (please see screenshot).  There are no threats on this drive.  

I want to disable this message.  It says to change scan preference to go to "settings".  Please advice specifically how I can do that?

Hello. Scroll up the settings list. Set the USB drive scan to OFF and set the setting shown highlighted below. Restart the system to validate the settings.

I am still getting the message appearing when I log onto my computer.  See screenshot.
