Two concurrent subscriptions - one just auto renewed - need to cancel in favour of one due for renewal in Nov

Last year I stopped an auto renewal of an existing subscription (due date 15 October), as I was replacing this with Norton 360 Premium (due date 18 November).  I have just received an email advising that the older subscription has been renewed (15 October).  I need a refund of this to my account - and that subscription deleted altogether.  I will then continue with the Norton 360 Premium.

Norton, please help!
