Two days ago, the VPN-part of the app stopped working – now I can't even log in

Hi everyone,

I’m really confused, sad and angry right now. I’ve been a Norton user for several years now (always on Mac), and I have never had problems like that before.

Two days ago, my Norton app started working. I restarted it, but now the VPN was not starting. After many tries, I deinstalled and reinstalled the entire app. It worked for a few minutes, then it logged me out. Now, when I try to log in again, I get the error message: “Server Error. We’re working to resolve an issue that prevents us from completing your request. Try again later. Error Code -12.”

Is this normal? Or ist it a problem partial to Sequioa 15.6.1?
Please help. I need the app, dearly.

It might be a machine specific issue. Did you contact Norton chat? Generally, completely removing Norton 360 and installing it again solves this VPN related issue.

Also, if the VPN is asking for full disc access is that being granted and it fails regardless? TIA.
