Two "Generic Mount Point Devices" in Device Manager, one with yellow exclamation point

Hi All,

We have an issue with Noron Ghost 15 on Windows 7.  It runs fine (or it seems to), except that we noticed today in Device Manager there is a "Generic Mount Point Device" showing a yellow exclamation point.  Updating the driver does nothing.  However, if you click "show hidden devices" it shows there is another one that does not have a yellow exclamation point.  This one appears to use the same driver, etc.

Anyone know why there would be two and if the one showing the yellow exclamation point can be harmlessly removed?

thanks!

The Generic Mount Driver is used when mounting an image as a drive letter.  Ghost is working fine.  The reason why Windows has a problem with the non-hidden driver is that it thinks it needs to load the device, but the device is "on demand."  The only time that driver will load (non-hidden one) is when you mount an image.  Does this answer your question?
